If anyone wants to order you have to use this code to get for $285 (pre-tax) and $300 (after-tax).

Out of the 55 people who viewed this no one is knowledgeable about displays? I mean I know the high-level stuff but I'm hoping someone has some more in-depth opinions on it like: is 3ms g2g good? and what about its hyper-response time mode? Is it just bs or is it a good feature? Basically is the panel high-end or at least mid-tier?

It is not a high-end panel, the price alone tells that. It isn't bad, but they obviously cut some corners and the quality control isn't very good (check the reviews). I'd call it low side of mid-tier. If you get lucky and get one that's in good shape, it should work out fine, but be prepared to return it since it may have some defects (seems to have ~15% DOA rate). I'd get it from Amazon, they are great about returns.
