Weird temperature behaviour using R7 2700X and Kraken X62

Hi there, I recently installed a new Ryzen 7 2700X and Kraken X62 on it. The thermal paste is Arctic MX-2. After launching multiple programs (CAM, OCCT, HWinfo) i am occuring weird behaviour of temps - it slowly drops to ~34°C and instantly rises to 40-45°C. Then slowly drops again. Is that normal? It behaving like that both stock (3,70GHz) and overclocked (4,15GHz). However, the temperatures are normal while under load - stable 65-70°C. Would appreciate all kind of help.

There is a screenshot from Afterburner below. https://we.tl/t-iYJwVGewiE

Thanks in advance.

Overall, the temps look good (as would be expected with your CPU and cooler). As for the odd temp spike, I'd check what processes are running when it happens. It looks like something CPU intensive is getting triggered. Good Luck.
