[Question] about Video Editing and Gaming PC build.

I've been wanting a PC of my own for sometime. I want to edit videos and on the down side, game in 4k w/ 60fps or higher. I don't know if one PC can handle both.

Should I make/build two PCs for gaming and the other for content creating that shares the same monitor?

Forgive me for sounding a bit illiterate...

Also, would you please show me a list for what parts would I need to build; for whatever answer is the right choice?

Yes. Now a PC optimized for gaming performance can be slower at things like exporting/rendering, just like a PC built for those tasks will largely go unused for gaming and not get as high frame rates.

But either will do the other as well.
