Get best GPU you can afford if you are using a 1440p or 4K panel. Do not underestimate 1080p either, lots of titles are pushing it.

I would say if money is no object, the 5700xt or the 2080 super or the 2080ti, Really anything in that that category altho i will say for gaming and programming you probably dont need a 3900x and a 2080 super, BUT thats up to u
