I have the 'be quiet' case fans. Which setting would you recommend i put them in, in terms of speeds and curves, etc.?

Please offer me your advice and support. thanks!

It is entirely subjective and situational. A setting won't work 100% the same for someone with a different case, GPU, CPU, etc. Some people find noise levels less tolerable than others.

Generally, I say use a curve that stays very low in percentage for case fans. If you keep them at 50% speed and less you should probably not even hear them, especially above the GPU fans. The fan curves for your CPU and GPU are far more important as they're what will get loud to handle loads.
