The cable management considerations in the NZXT Phantom case are a 7 on a 1-10 scale. There is a lot of space in the back behind the motherboard tray, however, the 24-pin cable doesn't fit through the cable management hole unless you remove the grommet and the cable management hole for the 8-pin cable gets partially blocked by the motherboard so I would recommend routing the 8-pin cable prior to installing the motherboard. Regardless of the minor cable management problems, the look of this case is fantastic and deserves five stars!

Temperature management is lovely with all the fans and the fan controller, the case looks gorgeous, and can fit pretty much anything inside. Only gripes I have are the sheer massive size of the thing, and the cable holes being a tad too tight.
