Amazing card. Was debating this or the 580, but I managed to get this one for about $15 more. According to my research, it's right there with the more expensive GTX 1060. Consider this one for your budget PC

Beautiful and elegant card. A bit longer and thicker than ASUS TUF GTX 1660 OC. Don't mind the extra power draw at all. Awesome cooling. No noticible difference in performance compared to GTX 1660 at 1080p 60Hz gaming in most recent game titles, except Hitman 2 and AC Odyssey... This is the first time I went with a Radeon GPU and I am really happy with it.

The RX590 is a beauty. It performs well in games, and I have had no issue with thermals on my card. It overclocks well and is quiet when not in use. When I am using it though, it gets very loud, but I use headphones so it is barely noticeable. I do regret not getting a RX580 because there is a marginal difference between the two, but its whatever.
