    from completed build Project: Evolution

    I got a 1440p 144Hz monitor for 200 dollars that I traded for this reference 980 and a 970 ftw, sold the 970 for 180 so I effectively got the 980 for 20 dollars.

Oh man this card is a monster. It runs Witcher 3 over 60 fps with every setting including hairworks cranked to the max. I love my GPU and it looks absolutely fantastic as well as being quiet and cool.

from completed build Node of Rivia

Perfect for my Node 202 build, Also not this exact model as mine is actually quite hard to find much info about but my build is using an Asus Turbo GTX 980. The card does have a light coil whine that in a normal case wouldnt be as noticable but in a node 202 can actually get a little annoying if running idle with nothing playing sound, however a normal game or video overpowers it and leads to this being an almost non issue other then that this pc is next to my bed so if i wanted to let it idle overnight that could become an issue, but overall lower temps then the open air cooling design 970 i had in previously and more power as well
