Got this as a gift for Christmas. Saw the reviews and that some had WD Red drives. Bought it and haven't looked back. It isn't too loud. Doesn't get too hot. Definitely search for a deal on it. Sometimes there is a sale for them on Best Buy. This one was purchased from Amazon.
