Nice modular PSU. Cables braided slightly distastefully.

This is the 2nd one of these I have. The original one was making a static noise randomly, so it was RMA when I brought up the issue and this one does the exact same thing not near as often as the first but every once and a while. I believe its part of the voltage protection as one of my old UPSU's would beep due to low voltage around the same time this would make the noise. (They are not hooked into each other so its not the UPSU causing issue).

Very nice. I'm not exactly sure how it handles under load... seeing as the architecture for the CPU and GPU are very efficient for their caliber.

Had great ratings and cost a little less than the Corsair. I did the 1000G2 over the 850G2 cause I plan on getting the hybrid cooler for the titan and eventually getting another titan. Very glad the offer a cable set for this PSU also as the red VGAs that came stock would've been a major eyesore in my setup.

The EVGA G2 line of PSU's is an absolute necessity. You get more bang for your buck when compared to the Corsair RMi line, which is a fair comparison to the G2. Definitely recommend.

Efficient and powerful, sounds like an oxymoron to me, still, good looks, high performance and cool under pressure. Great PSU, fully modular and it has a n outstanding 10 year warranty! Sign me up!

Very overkill psu. EVGA makes some pretty damned good power supplies, and the 1000g2 doesn't disappoint. It's quiet, very reliable, and supports a lot of components. The only issue I have with this psu is the pcie power cables (red? Really?). But I'm ordering a cablemod kit soon enough so it's fine by me.
