from completed build Bro's Graduation Gift!
GTX 760 is an older card but it gets the job done still. My brother will upgrade to something better later but he's content with the 760. I didn't have the cash to get him a 970 but why would I when the 1070 is just around the corner. Still, this card has been strong for him for the past 3 years. Highly recommend ASUS brand for GPUs.

from completed build £460 Gaming + Light Editing rig!
Great GPU back when it released and still performs well today. Can maintain 60fps in Black Ops 3 1080p, medium-low (the most demanding game I own), and everything else. Bought it used as it performs close to a GTX 950 or RX 460 at £70. Temps are around 70 degrees celsius under load.

from completed build Mediocre Equilibrium
Poor overclocker compared to other models of the GTX 760, bad coil whine, and fans are extremely loud (and high pitched) when the card is under load. If you value a quiet gaming environment, you're either gonna need to lower the GPU load (i.e. waste potential performance) by capping framerate or underclocking, or look for a quieter model.
Very unstable when attempting to overclock the memory, could barely push it to 6400MHz, while most others will reach around 6800MHz (i.e. twice the gain compared to stock).
