This one is nearly 2 years old. This was purchased for additional storage space when my laptop's HDD ran out of space. I think I'll be reverting these to "back-up drives" by adding internal HDDs to this new build eventually.

Bought this for my X1 a year ago , and figured I'd use it instead of an internal HDD, to save on initial cost. I have installed and played many games from it, and it really doesn't up the load times as much as people say. It's connected using USB 3.0 and it hasn't disappointed me, and I'm glad I decided to use it and save some money, for now!

Has not stood the test of time after 6 months, performance has downgraded significantly or rather I've noticed how long it takes to load anything versus my SSDs.

External hard drive. What can I say? Not the fastest, but it's big. No issues so far.

Got this on a discount (brand new) from a friend who needed instant cash. No regrets! Holds all my back ups and data without a fuss.
