Very good looking motherboard. It has 6 USB 3.0 on the IO and a great sound chip. It is not the best for overclocking but it does the job.

AMAZING! Best underated mobo in the universe. Has a awesome user friendly BIOS and is great with it being the only Z97s with a blue black theme. Better than any of the other Extreme series boards because of the stuff you get with it and the we way it performs for under $150.

Only complaint is I had to remove my second 8gb RAM stick to get anything to display the first time I booted up, after I had windows in place I put it back in and no issues to date

Good Motherboard, easy to locate all of the ports; good locations for all the ports

Overall a good board with lots of features. First one arrived dead so I had to return it. Second one worked fine. There was a setting in the bios that didn't let me boot off a dvd or flashdrive. I think it was something that dealt with multi-core processors. Also has stupid placements for hd audio and fan headers.

Lots of folks frowned on this but it is working fine and the color theme matches. It has some great features too.

I literally just got this motherboard the day before I wrote this review and so far the board is built nicely and has a ton of features the only things I don't like are the fan setup with the way you adjust the fan curve and I also don't like that 2 of the fan headers are located in the middle of the motherboard between my CPU cooler and GPU

Great mobo! I love the dehumidify feature, and all the features on it.

Fantastic MOBO. No issues what so ever through all the changes. Has held up strong, and never gave an issue. BIOS are pretty easy to navigate.

ASRock Z97 Extreme 4 - this board is all over the message boards with DOA and RMA and all that BS, but mine works great. It has all the fun features like an M.2 slot, can overclock CPUs, has USB 3.0 headers and decent audio. Issues: it has four case fan headers (1x4-pin and 3x3-pin) but two of them are in the center of the board. So much for pretty cable management! The CPU fan header looked like it would exactly reach with the stock cooler installed with the logo facing upwards, but actually it was a centimeter too short and I ended up moving the cable to the other side instead of rotating the whole cooler. Finally, the dual slot graphics card blocks two of the PCIEx1 slots and the main PCIEx16 is shared with the other two long PCIE slots. So just two cards filled all the expansion slots (wifi card in the top slot). Other features: dual bios so you can save yourself if you mess it up. Numerical codes displayed for troubleshooting.
