Price History

from completed build LSG "Superclocked eSports" Build
Solid ultra-budget CPU. It's about as budget as I would dare to go in 2023. 4 cores, 8 threads, still very serviceable.
from completed build Something worse than bottlenecking
Takes a beating for newer open-world games and raytracing but has worked great for the rest of the stuff I'm currently playing
Helped to get h264ify and turn off AV1 decode to force my GPU (rtx 2080) to always handle video decode
from completed build Project Swaptiplex
Great CPU, don't have anything to complain about.
from completed build Htpc/extreme budget build
This cpu is pretty beast considering I got it for 8 bucks. 4 cores with hyperthreading. Boosts to 3.9 at stock settings.
from completed build Colorblind
Let's just say this: this processor is still tanking in 2020, seven years later. It can run Cyberpunk 2077 extremely well. It does everything I need it to. 5/5
from completed build 2020 | Pavlova
Works great even in 2020. Hyperthreading definitely helps here.
from completed build Dell Optiplex 7010 Budget Build
First time really using this particular i7, but no complaints about it for this build. Gets the job done and holds up quite well considering how old it is.
from completed build My PortaPC
Still holds up in 2020 for most titles. For a Mini ITX build like mine where overclocking could be difficult anyway, the non-K version is still pretty good.
from completed build GA-B75M-D3V DDR3 16GB 1600Mhz
Still good performance after 8 years since launch. It ages well.
