Uhm, yeah...all I can say is Wow. Compared to my old 760 is not even funny. Runs my system at 2k all day long.

Similar in speed to a 1070, and you can buy one used for less than a 1070. Highly recommended.

from completed build The silent beast (a.k.a I finally built a PC!)
Not the easiest thing to install - thought that i had a defective unit until i searched the web and found that BOTH not EITHER (As stated in the manual) power cables need to be connected. Rendering is much faster, and the only game played so far is Mad Max, under load the card is stable and looks gorgeous.

Definitely overkill for my 46" Samsung 1080P LCD TV, I prefer frame rates in excess of 130 FPS on iRacing and with the recent release of graphic updates along with the Massive Nurburgring it is very nice to have something that can handle that.

Great card for the money! Runs alittle hot and you will not be able to overclock it much past what it already is since its running pretty hot. 70-75 degrees depending on room temp.

Incredible - every game, maxed out - 60fps guaranteed - if you're at 1080p expect 100fps

Ohhhhh my god. The speed. I am in love with this card. It's flawless. Temps are fine as long as you don't stick with the somewhat idiotic stock fan profile. Just bump up the fans some; they'll keep the card much cooler and stay pretty quiet. Plays any game on Ultra settings guaranteed, although that isn't saying much at 1080p :P. Minesweeper runs pretty damn smooth -^ Haha, I kid, I kid. Recently beat Crysis 2 easily just because of the extraordinary experience running at ultra settings across the board and still getting 100+ FPS constantly. Even with anisotropic filtering and MSAA up very high (can't remember exact numbers). Overclocks like a BEAST. This thing is a hot rod of graphics cards. I easily got it up +200 base clock and +300 on the memory (albeit with a bit extra mV), and that's definitely not all that it can do. I just don't want to keep it all the way up there because of the increased heat output and power intake. Either way, highly recommend this. I rate 6 stars. Yes, six. 5 stars plus a hypothetical 6th star.

This card is beastly. I've barely begun to scratch the surface of its performance. Hopefully when all the new christmas games come out in november I'll be able to take it to the limit. Limiiiiiittt.

<3, does anyone anywhere ever have anything bad to say about 980 ti's? I didn't think so.

Very pleased with this choice of GPU. It looks classy to me but without being too flashy and in in your face with it's look.
Although audible once the fans start to operate, I find the tone isn't too obtrusive.
It's not being stressed hard enough for me to give a true opinion as I'm able to run everything maxed out with adaptive Vsync enabled and never dip below 60. This is a decision kind of forced on me due to going with the 60Hz limited Dell monitor you see below.
