What desk is that? I love the look
DUDE THIS IS LITERALLY MY DREAM SETUP! SO JEALOUS!
seriously though, great build it looks so good.
Fantastic looking build man!
Love the case for the price
Looks like a great build man! I love that case for the price.
I love white builds, and this has to be one of the best I have seen! Great job, and I love your setup aesthetic. It is something that I have been trying to perfect myself and yours looks amazing. Totally going to take some inspiration from you! Thanks.
Sick build! Were you worried about a bottleneck of the CPU considering you were using a 1080 Ti? Because I was thinking of a similar build and wasn't sure whether it was a powerful enough CPU for the card. Let me know!
Yeah I thought the same thing when I bought the keyboard. I could have just got a defective one so don't take my word for it. OP, make sure you do some research yourself on it to make sure. Ice44 you are right also about the monitor, but I have had small monitors before and they SUCK. Especially while trying to multitask. But it really comes down to what kind of person you are and whether you want a slightly bigger monitor or you want a bit more of an advantage in competitive games such as Counter-Strike and such. So your choice OP.
I would personally not recommend that keyboard. Thought it would be a cheap alternative to a name brand mechanical keyboard, although within 4 months most of the keys started to have bad inputs or miss-click. I would press one key and it would give it anywhere from 2-6 inputs. Like if I put in "0", it would say "0000". Very annoying. I kept the keyboard in stellar shape and it was not a problem on my end. For that same price point, you are not going to find any mechanical keyboards that will hold up over time. If you are willing to spend a bit more on a keyboard I would recommend anything from Cooler Master, Corsair, Logitech, or Razer.
As for the mouse, I have no problems with it. A friend has the same mouse and says it has worked well in the long run so no issues there. Great for the price.
For the computer as a whole, it is well put together and has everything you will need to run most games. The monitor is fine, just a bit small. If you don't want to strain you eyes with a small monitor, and don't care about losing 15Hz, I would recommend this monitor - https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Wp8H99/dell-monitor-s2316m
Almost all games.
It may not seem like it, but if you were to add another 4GB of ram so that it was 8GB games would run much better. 8GB is the golden standard.
He has a really low powered cpu so it is fine. Usually if someone is getting a 980 ti they will have a somewhat nice cpu as well. That is why it recommends so much power. He is fine but if he ever upgrades to like a 1080 ti he will need a new psu.
I haven't done any research as to the reason of the price increase, but that could have something to do with it.
Yeah it sucks mate. That is why I am reluctant to upgrade.
Not bad mate!
Honestly I didn't realize it back then, but it was cheap!
Yeah definitely mate lol! Thanks for the support.
Hey great pull-together build! I love it! Can I ask where you managed to grab a 950 for 60 bucks? Was it just sold by the previous owner to you?
Okay sweet man, yeah great choice. I personally like Nvidia more, but go with what you prefer. 750 Ti will probably last you another year, MAYBE.
Great budget build mate. GTX 1060 and a Pentium G4620 is a great card and CPU for your price point.
Crappy cable management but a pretty good budget build! Although I would recommend investing in a new GPU in the future because a 660 is a pretty old card.
Great build for $1300! And great peripherals!
Really great job pulling all this together! I have to give you credit, I could not have done this good myself, so props to you mate.
Great build for the price and I think once they optimize PUBG you will be able to run it very well.
In the next year or so, I would recommend upgrading your graphics card to maybe a 1050 Ti as your old card will be about 4 years old.
That's because they aren't equivalent. RX 480's are supposed to compete with 1060's, not 1050 ti's.
This build should be more than enough for Minecraft. You could even cut down the price by about 100 dollars (U.S.), If you needed to. You definitely do not need an i5 for running Minecraft because it is not CPU intensive whatsoever. This build will easily pull 150 to 200 FPS plus on Minecraft. It includes a monitor. [REMOVED]
PC for MC
oh frik u made this? sorry dude i was joking its not that bad good job mate
