Someday hopefully, and when i said high end i meant along the lines that the cpu was overkill along with the psu so if we were going strictly budget it would have been much different. It will be the budget build that will turn "high end". He recently got a 4k monitor and a 960 evo to start that transformation.

Anyway thanks for checking it out!

Yeah someone’s got to do the cooling and it certainly isn't going to be the Intel stock cooler =]

I saw his find/build when i was looking up the going rate of the i7 3770! How ironic you mention that! It will definitely be re-purposed as my main gaming desktop. I'll upload the build as soon as it's done but I might need to see what Vega's got to offer first =]

All these are at 1080p; Ultra preset, about 20 fps high preset, about 27 fps medium preset, about 35 fps low preset, about 40 fps So in other words awful compared to my Xbox one which is where i normally play FH3 but i hope to play FH3 on pc once it's upgraded. I normally play with the resolution at 2k on the low preset which gets me roughly 33 fps Thanks for the interest in it!

Your right about the psu, so i changed to a 750 just for a little futureproofing. When I made the list I couldn't decide between the z170a or the z170 deluxe so i watched some reviews and read through comparisons and they swayed me to the deluxe but I'm still on the fence about it. Another thing i wanted to do down the road was a pcie hyperx predator ssd so i have that in mind when thinking of a mobo.
