Already seen the anime. It's great.
As a fan of the color blue, I approve of this build.
If the link doesn't work, then just go to the completed builds section, select most recent as the filter, and go to the last page. You'll find it then.
Lol. Wasn't thinking when writing this. Just said whatever came to my mind and posted.
You should have gotten an h170 board. Pretty noob mistake to get a z series board with a non over clockable cpu.
I probably should of said this already, but I already have a build built, I'm just upgrading it. So, I already have the 1 and 2 TB.
A 960 or the amd equivalent would be better than an r7 370. Other than that, this build is good. Though, the 960 will block of some HDD bays.
THE ALL MIGHTY LORD HAS RETURNED!!! I COME TO THIS BUILD ON THIS DAY TO SEE THAT OUR LORD AND SAVIOR HAS RETURNED!!!! BOEW PEASANTS, TO YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR!!!!
The CPU is actually great. I don't know what you're talking about.
Oh. Well, I still will need more information that only the op will give. Thanks anyway.
Then why'd you reply?
This build is perfectly fine for light gaming and academic purposes, but I'm not so sure about a workstation.
Do you have a monitor, a keyboard, a mouse, and headphones/speakers? Will you be wirelessly connecting to wifi or will you use the Ethernet cable?
What is your budget?
Great build! This really deserves a feature. That monitor is beautiful. Would you take that monitor over a predator x34 though *O____O*
This build is AWESOME. +1
You definitely should get a 1080. +1
Also, I would have gotten an i3 or a g4400 instead of the g2358.
100th like congrats
Yeah. I've noticed that you have been going around onto multiple builds.
How about some like this? https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/gFp9TW/15k-part-list
I like to do this thing where I make a build guide, ask for as much criticism as I can get, and I learn from it.
Do you know a bit about custom water cooling?
It's a good build, don't get me wrong, it's just not original to build a sky lake+980 ti build. There's literally hundreds, if not, thousands of these types of builds. Why not try an AMD build or a budget workstation? Or even a budget 4K build?
I'd upgrade to a 950 or 960, and a Xeon is good, but it's mostly for workstations.
Nice build. +1
It's probably dark because it's not turned on.
Yeah, most of the time people will get the over clockable versions of a cpu and get the z series.
Okay. I understand most things now, but there is an asus h170 motherboard that you could have used.
It's a nice build. Though, you got a z series motherboard with a cpu that isn't overclockable. It also would have been smarter to get two GTX 950s, two r9 380s, a GTX 960, or an r9 390. Also, unless you plan on having this as a workstation or you're preparing for VR, then you don't need more than 8 gigabytes of RAM.
Okay. Didn't see the headphones in the list, so I just assumed, and I also didn't notice that it's a hybrid.
This deserves a feature.
It looks nice, but since you got 5 terabytes already, I would have wasted money on an extra 4. The optical drive is something I would have kept out. If this is a gaming build, I would have gotten a pair of headphones. The monitor is okay, I'm assuming you got it for free, but you should really get a 144hz 1 ms monitor. If recommend the acer gn246hl. Unless you are planning on vr, than 16 gb of ram is overkill.
I've never heard of it before. I just didn't trust some brand I didn't know.
A good upgrade would be a dual cou motherboard and two 18 core xeons.
Still didn't answer my question.
Oh, okay. I've watched a lot of Linus videos, but I could never find any ducky keyboards. Oh well. Guess I was wrong.
Are you talking from personal experience? I wouldn't trust anything other than someones personal experience when it comes to brands that aren't well know.
The Titan z isn't actually better than the Titan x. The Titan x is much better than the z. Though, you can get a 980 ti with a loss of 8% of the performance of the Titan x. Also, the i7-5960x would be a much better cpu for over clocking. The monitors are good, but a predator x34 overclocked to 100hz is better than a triple monitor setup. The fractal design defign r4 is a good case, but the r5 and the s are much better. At this budget, you should have just gotten 128 GB of corsair dominator platinum. Two 1 TB ssd's are completely pointless. It's always better to have hard drives with a lot of storage and an ssd or two with a little storage. Optical drives are obsolete. There shouldn't be a need for a wifi adapter. Just plug your router into the computer or connect it wirelessly. Razer's quality control isn't good. The Logitech g502 or a steel series mouse is good. And if your at an infinite budget, the seinnheiser hd800 or hd900 with a dedicated mic are a lot better. The keyboard brand seems a little sketchy. I'd go with something made by a more trustable brand such as corsair or Logitech. The noctua cpu coolers are AMAZING for air coolers and even aio water coolers. Though, a custom water cooling loop is much better at cooling than most other options.
What's the problem with Windows? I mean, Windows 10 does have compatibility issues with SOME games, but other than that, I love Windows 10.
This build is VR ready is you just upgrade the processor to an i7 4770 or better. Though, that would make it more than 800 dollars.
Every build I go to, you're there. STOP FOLLOWING ME YOU'RE LITERALLY EVERYWHERE I GO!!!
Please stop following me.
It's not hate. It's criticism to help him make the build better.
