In my old build - I had the GPU as my exhaust fan but when I tested the rads in push/pull on intake - I ran only 1C hotter. I actually only have GPU now and I still run it on the front of my case as intake.

You can def fit a 280 rad and fans in the case. I only went with 240 because of the previous case I had - otherwise I would have a 280.

Hey man - thank you very much.

On my work computer so I'll follow up with some specifics.

Monitor - I really enjoy the monitor but it most definitely needs the proper adjustment to make it shine. I tweaked my NVIDIA desktop color and gamma settings to clean it up. I have it next to 2 IPS monitors and the blacks are probably a 9.5/10 compared to those. I also love having an HDMI input for my PS4.

Fan Speeds - I'll have to check this when I get home. But the fans are in push/pull. The push fan is connected to my fan header which runs pretty aggressively (above 1100 rpm) at all times and the pull fan (connected to the GPU) runs the stock fan curve on the GPU.

My machine is probably not the quietest out there but I prefer to sacrifice a little bit of ambient noise for cooler temps.

Hope this helps!

I'm assuming you are talking about the upper front fan - I use it mostly to ensure no dust re-enters my build from the upper chamber area. With the fans above the rad being so close to the top of the case I wanted to make sure the dust never re-circulated in the camera.

How did you secure the lowest most front 120 fan? Screwed from the back?

Well I break up my pay checks into different bank accounts using direct deposit. This allows me to split my money before I ever see it. I have an account designated for spending on fun that I set aside some money each week for.

Good question and thank you!

The extension kit is used for the LEDs in my desk. I have an extension that runs out of my case and into my desk behind my shelves and then behind my monitors. That way I can coordinate my PC and desk together - color wise.

I just submitted to Ed today - hopefully I make it!

Thanks for the input

The front 120 that's out of alignment is because I am waiting on some bolts and nuts to arrive because there are no pre-threaded holes for a 120mm fan - I had to tap the screws that are shown myself.

I'll think about the LEDs - I like how simple and consistent they are

Thanks a lot man. My family runs a commercial construction company so I grew up around tools and have access to some heavier duty stuff which absolutely helped.

I had a loose set up drawings that I started with, yes.

I have the frame legs on carpet sliders right now (I rent the house and don't to mat the carpet) which makes it easy to slide the whole thing forward.

Desktop wallpaper is homemade in photoshop - want a link?

Thanks a lot man - I did roughly draw it up in CAD and new some maximum sizes I wanted to stay under for efficiency of building materials. I made some minor changes along the way.

I mean I could create another - feel free to reach out if you are looking for something in particular

I fought with that decision for a month or two - ultimately I like how the exposed edges of the case and LEDs are concealed with the regular case. The acrylic that Phanteks used on this case seems to be far more durable than my old H440.

The tempered case is super sexy as well. No doubt.

Thanks dude - fair question for sure. I've had one of the 980Ti's for just under a year now and based on benchmarks I was seeing for 1080's - I didn't see enough of an increase to warrant selling (and taking a hit price wise) on my existing card - so I stuck with the 980Ti's. Now when the 1080Ti Hybrids release - I will upgrading my SLI to that!
