Hey man, I am really sorry to tell you that you have the ram at wrong positions, and you are not taking full advantage of 32 gb. The following should be your configuration:

Slot 1 (left-most): Empty Slot 2: 1 ram stick (doesn't matter) Slot 3: Empty Slot 4 (right-most) 1 ram stick

I like your monitor arrangement but why are 3 of the monitors upside down.

Would you consider trying to make 1 monitor into portrait mode if possible just to see if it is more effective. Maybe it will help you. And are you a streamer?

You could get the hd120's, or ml120's rgb from corsair if the rest of your products are from there. Otherwise Deepcool's CF 120 isn't bad, neither is the NZXT 120's
