I'm not saying it's a bad combination, because it certainly isn't. But it just gets a bit boring after awhile. Y'know? But I understand your situation.

What I would do personally: Move the hard drive up to the highest 3.5in bay. Put all the excess wires under the hard drive in the 3.5in bay. Other than that, I like it! I never see crossfire setups on here.

You know, MAYBE if you were talking i5's, then it would be understandable. But i3's? For christ's sake, they have 2 cores, and a locked multiplier.

Are you stupid? Okay, you get your puny little i3 out, get cinebench running, and put it against my 8320 @ 4.5ghz. Let's see who wins the race. Or, let's see who gets a higher fps in games made for more threads, cities skylines, battlefield, or FAR CRY 4. Then lets do a render test. Who can get a 10 minute 1080p video @ 30fps with a couple layers and effects out faster? Dual cores aren't the way to go. Maybe 4 years ago, but they don't cut it anymore.

ACTUALLY, the 980ti is beating the Titan X in benchmarks. Not the reference design. But the aftermarket cooled ones, the g1 gaming, hybrid, strix, etc.

Definitely consider hitting those cables. And, also take a minute to see what AMD is bringing to the table in terms of GPU horsepower. The rumors of the Fury are looking pretty sweet! Not that I'm a fanboy of either side.. Just a though. Great (partial?) build! I would love to see it updated once it's finished!

Great build! Glad to see a father/son project! But why not rotate the cooler 90 degrees to the left so that you use the exhaust as a push/pull for the cpu cooler? Not that it's a big deal, I'm just OCD. Great build AND prices.

Honestly, a 240mm would barely be enough for certain GPU's. But a 360, seperate 120's, or a 120 and a 240. Those are what you would need for a full loop with one gpu.
