what do you mean? i had just enough available 2.0 ports for everything.
some amazon review had good calib settings, I also use 100% digital vibrance so its all gucci
no problem! let me know if you have any other questions or want more pics!!
nvm, posting a few i took back when i built it. check in a couple mins.
sure, let me grab my camera
If this is the case it doesn't really affect me, but its useful info if you're buying a 3gb card i guess.
It's the only monitor I've ever used so don't really have a benchmark to compare it to. I think it is great, but to give an in depth review I'd have to try out a different monitor to see how it compares. for 380$ or whatever it costs right now though, 1440p 165hz gsync...this monitor is pretty much unbeatable price wise.
thanks for the advice man. I unfortunately screwed up as I have 2 30 ft led strips running around my room, and i cut theconnection so am forced to connect the strips right where they are, making it impossible to hide the cables :(. Im building a custom keyboard next week, and will be getting a custom coiled paracord cable for it. I also prefer the nanoleafs above my bed (next to setup) because I personally can't game with bright light shining in my face, and I find it is just far enough away to not bother me.
Look for sales! newegg sometimes you can make some crazy savings, also watch youtubers like joey delgado or techsources budget build. I wouldn't cheap out on the graphics card, but make sure you dont cheap out on other parts too. I would start off by making a part list, around 1k and then tweaking parts as you do more research.
what desk u got my g
I think so, maybe get a second opinion on reddit/r/buildapc :)
If you only need 60 fps and wanna be safe u can get away with a 1060 or 1070
It does have gsync
Look between the radiator and the right side of the case
I bought the hue + aer 120 rgb fans. Idk if nzxt continues these when they released Hue 2. I mean more setup spice like my desk area.
The i/o ports only allow for a push config :/, and my gpu can only go white and cant be turned off so pretty much any color scheme I have to have white implemented lol
I’m thinking maybe a black ikea shelf above to display my part boxes on
it brings tears to my eyes lol
my g how can u rip a 1200$ i9 and a 1070ti the bottle neck PepeHands
1000000000000% disagree brah. this monitor also comes in 27 inch, with a smaller screen u simply have more pixels per inch, so a more crisp clean image no matter how close you are to your monitor. The 27 inch also has more problems with light bleed, and bad colour calibration. Definitely get the 24 imo, no monitor could top this for me.
It's the IKEA MALM with the pullout section, but I took it off so it has a minimalistic modern look.
Yes, it came with both an intel and amd bracket so you can mount it on both.
I’m curious as to why you didn’t install your cpu first, I see you have your mobo and gpu and much more installed, why not your cpu first?
Yea I live in Canada and have pretty bad rogers wifi so I’m getting about 20mb down and 10 up which is pretty much the raw speed so the wifi on this mobo is actually rlly good.
Not yet, but will in the future. my advice to you is to leave about 5-10% of your budget open as some parts I ordered were discontinued, and some cost more than i planned. GL my dude
So far amazing. They have insane sound the mic is great and if im lounging back and watching something they stay in rage like 15m away or something crazy lol. 10000% reccomend.
Thanks! I try to be super neat when it comes to those I hate looking at a mess of cable
lol i have the hyperx extended its 90cm wide 420cm tall lol i love having a giant mousepad
legends say the mousepad spans the entire universe
how did you mod your malm desk like this? I'd love to do this with mine
great pictures man... also sick build +1
Ok good to know. Thanks for advice.
is 27 inches too big for a monitor? I mainly play csgo and fortnite, and am debating between a 24 inch or the pg279q....would you say that 27 is a bit big or just right?
what monitor is that?
I mean if it's not a hassle i'd love to see more up front pics with the side panel off and maybe the back side with out the panel.... If it's a hassle don't worry about it, It's just that I am building a pc and have the majority of the exact parts, and wanted to see how well u got everything put together.
Great build, how long did it take you start to finish?
where did you get those cables? are they full length or extensions?
For a monitor i'd reccomend either the asus mg248q the asus vg278q or the msi mag24c. all 1080p 144hz 1ms response, all under 300$.
Hey, i'd love to see more pictures of your pc, it's built very well. Also, how long did the pc build take start to finish?
why spend 130 on a liquid cooler for a locked cpu, more than you spent on storage and almost as much as your mobo and ram... total waste imo if you are looking for an aesthetically pleasing cooler then at least get an unlocked cpu ffs
Featured Build... Calling it. This is so fking sexy man so clean in every way amazing. +1000000
how long did it take you to actually build to system?
"sort of high end"
nice karambit i give u steam wallet code for it noscem mate :) +1 tho sick build
