Yeah Its all about mouse because that's obviously where the aiming is at, I was going to pick up the deathadder chroma but opted for the mionix castor instead and couldn't be happier, I think the deathadder is a bit too big for my liking. I will take pictures when I'm home from work.

Yeah, actually thinking about it my room is pretty cool so this is most likely how I'm seeing those temps.

Thanks man! One of the main priorities was for it to look good! I will eventually get round to getting a better keyboard but at the moment it's not something I'm that bothered about, a good mouse is more important for me!

I guess my room is just cold then, it might be worth noting that my PC sits right at the window so could be pulling in colder air. Unless all my temp sensors are messed up then I doubt I'm getting bad readings, however I have read that cpu temps are 100% accurate unless under load b

After doing a stress test and some researching my temps don't go above 45 degrees while stress tested (Not overclocked) and I found this article http://www.eteknix.com/intel-core-i7-6700k-i5-6600k-skylake-processors-review/13/ which shows an i5-6600k overclocked to 4.9 GHz sitting at 26 degrees idle.

I really don't think so, my mobo is at 27 and gpu at 28 right now whilst the cpu is at 18 and is being liquid cooled it kinda makes sense.

As I've said I live in Scotland so maybe that has something to do with it? My temps are correct and I've used Speccy and HWMonitor to validate, right now its at 18 degrees

Thanks! here is the link if you are interested in buying it http://www.coldzero.eu/msi-gtx-970-armor-pcb-13/2413-msi-gtx-970-armor-pcb-v13-black-1.html it came with spacers and screws and it was actually quite difficult to install as it came with no instructions but basically you use the spacer to lift the plate off the pcb and then the screw goes through the spacer and the pcb so it holds in place.

And sorry the actual building once I had took me a night after work so around 4 hours but I revisited the cable management after I was initially built.

Hi I was as surprised as you were when I seen I was getting as low as 14 degrees on idle. usually idle can vary from around 14 to about 22. Right now I have chrome open, skype and steam running and playing songs on Spotify and Its sitting at 15-18. I live in Scotland so naturally its cold outside but my room has brand new windows and a thick carpet and the heating is usually on so I think its just luck lol!

Hi, the reason for choosing the G3258 Pentium is that overclocked it is extremely capable while still remaining at a budget price point. the LGA1150 socket also leaves me with options to upgrading to say an i5 or i7 in the future but for £50 you really cant argue with the performance. I'm just getting into PC gaming so have bought games like CS:GO, Bioshock series, Witcher 2 etc which the G3258 handles well!
