My advice, do not get a 960. Get a 280x for the price. You get much more performance for less money. The 960 is limited with its 2gb of ram, and a relatively small amount of cuda cores. Even the r9 285 beats the 960, and the 285 is starting at ~$160.

It is faster, but for the price you can find an R9 280x which outperforms the 960 in almost every modern game.
