I didn’t even reinstall the operating system. I just put the SSD into the new build and deleted the old 6850k drivers and installed new drivers and it has worked perfectly ever since the drivers were installed.

Honestly, I don't intend to overclock it and it seems to be handling it completely fine at the moment. I had budget constraints so I wasn't able to go more high-end on the motherboard otherwise I would have liked to.

Hi SaturnDragon7, a non-gaming focused gpu of around equivalent performance was not within my budget. However, the 2080 S also had studio drivers which I downloaded and I think they are more creator focused.

Hi Pinelow, under load the CPU hit about 47 degrees celsius and the graphics card hit 68 degrees celsius.

I don't have the build with me anymore as it was a client build however, I didn't even notice the logo and I think the CPU cooler blocks it. Thanks for the comment!

Very nice build! I have a few questions if you could help me please in regards to the B350 PC Mate Motherboard and the wifi adapter. First question is: How do you control the rgb lighting on the stock cooler through the motherboard and is the default colour red? Second Question: Was the wifi adapter easy to set up and was it difficult to find drivers. Thanks

Thanks so much mate. I agree with you, the H7 is pretty awesome looking especially compared to the cooler master 212 Evo which costs the same in Australia so the H7 was the obvious choice.

Looks great, if I was you, I would reroute the hd audio cable so that it comes from the cutout under the motherboard on the far left of the case. It will look heaps more clean.

The fan works fine, idle temp is around 30 degrees which is a little hot, the cpu reaches no more than 60 degrees on load which I consider to be fine.

It works great, the new z270 motherboards boot super fast and this one takes about 2 seconds for the bios to finish booting. I would definitely recommend it!
