Yep you're right! I attached the NZXT aer RGB fans to it. Technically the fans are designed for airflow, not static pressure, but the difference in cpu temperature seemed pretty minimal.

I used the specs found on the Protocase website. They have tons of resources for that kind of stuff. Sorry for such a late reply

It's a laser cut sheet of acrylic — Check out the ePlastics website. They supplied the acrylic and cut it to my spec :)

There's just one m.2 on the board, but there are two mounts for 2.5 in drives on the bottom front of the case that will be populated soon

Yep that's it! The GPU sits right in front of the PSU. Since posting I've done a little cable remanagagment, and tucked most of the cable slack for everything but the 8 and 24 pins into a corner. This leaves a little more room under the PCIe bridge and it looks a little tidier now. A graphics card with the 8 pin on the side of the card instead of the end would definitely look bette though.

I'm using a Prusa i3 Mk2 (kit, though it is purchasable as a single completed unit). I have the x52 upside down due to clearance issues with the RAM. The NZXT letters are able to be turned off though, if the upside down isn't your thing.

Yeah, some trial and error might be the best way to figure it out... But anyway, I think a wood case would look awesome! Best of luck to you :)

That's an interesting point, and yes the airflow was restricted for purely aesthetic reasons. In fact, the case doesn't even require the shell in order to stand (though it does support the graphics card with thumbscrews). After building, I realized that the acrylic fan mount could actually be flipped upside down, which would get more air to the bottom of the graphics card (where it seemed hottest), instead of cooling the side of the radiator. Oops :P I will also try to play around with SP vs AF fans. I'm not sure whether the resistance from the shell is great enough to make SP fans (currently equipped) worth it... If neither of these work, it may be time to think about adding vent holes in the shell... Or water cool ;)

Currently I am unsure... There are a few tweaks I'd like to make before making it available to the public, whether in digital or kit form. But we'll see ;)

Yeah printing all the parts took forever... Almost 2 weeks. If printed nonstop it would take ~7 days.

I used about 2.5 spools. It could have been done in 2, but unfortunately I had a print fail over 24 hours in. Make sure to get more than you need though, so if something goes wrong, you have more filament from the same batch so the color matches perfectly.

What power cable do you have coming out of the psu? I've been looking for something that low profile for a while...

Have you had any problems with the Gskill software? I've heard of people having a lot of problems with ryzen (with some of the gskill rgb leds even dying).
