I put the WIfi in the x14, BCS the MOBO manual said to put GPUs in the x16s Is this OK?

I know that this is not in the streaming section but could it handle some 720p streaming with mic, gameplay, and maybe webcam? probably no overlays or anything. the game would be something simple, like fortnite or realm royale. (maybe minecraft)
