Thanks! Of course i will do overclocking but i need to fix my problem with CPU temperatures. So first i have to find the time to re-delid and finally install my custom full copper IHS and then i will have fun with OC. :)
Yeah, i do overclocking but i hadn't time yet with this build. However on mainstream Asus board i was getting around 5.2GHz core and 4.9GHz cache at around 1.4V LLC6.
Just do it! Building a custom loop in this fish tank is really easy process. :)
Tubing route is: Pump/Res combo->GPU->Top Rad->VRM->CPU->Front Rad (in front of it is 3way splitter and drain valve)->Pump/Res combo. And no, i haven´t used the integrated fillport.
Thanks.:) I tried my best (my 1st custom loop), but the tubes from GPU to radiator and from radiator to VRM block could be done better in my opinion.
Without any problem. 100% rock stable on 3600mhz XMP profile.
In description. ;)
I haven´t noticed any high pitched sound/whining from the pump yet.
Actually i had pretty decent offer (150$ off the retail price), because previous owner been using it for one week and then he bought Gene (and now he´s switching to EVGA DARK).
Still better price than Aorus Z390 Xtreme Waterforce anyway. :D
It´s delidded. ;) But i think about lapping the IHS or go with direct die cooling.
Because i like the build quality and performance of Noctua fans.
No, it has full front panel and vents on the side.
GPU is from previous build which was completly MSI, i like MSI Lightning range and also i don´t care about AURA. 5400rpm 2,5 HDD is there because is more silent than 3,5 7200 HDDs and is fast enough as music and photo storage. To those SSDs..why not? Is something wrong with that??
Thank you man! I actually liked yellow color scheme on the Lightning series more than this black/silver but it´s still one of the best models of GTX 1080Ti.
Yep. It´s reaaly fast. But thats stable frequency for daily use ..limit of my silicon is even further (around 5,4-5,5Ghz) but thats a work for undercooled water. :D
Guys where do you see 51Ghz? :DD
You can´t make mistake with this mobo but pay attention for VRM coil whine which was in my first piece really loud.
Where do you see 51Ghz? :D
