Thanks, thanks and i chose the air cooler because first of all it was 60 bucks, that is cheap for this. Also I prefer air to water for stability, low maintenance and in my case quieter. Also so i would not have to remove the moduvents on the top of the case

id say go with the motherboard in your budget with features you want. If the gigabyte motherboard was that then go for it. gigabyte is a reputable company.

also if you are just gaming id say go for the i5

Im saying clock per core. So the relative clock speed in conjunction and correlation with the amount of cores.
