U will need only 8 GB for gaming. I use this for design work also, thats why i got 32 gb.

well its upto u...if u gona OC then yea. Still 1866 would be better over 1600. And if its gonna be for gaming only u'll not find much difference.

I would recommend atleast 2 TB Hdd Or even two 2TB ones would be better in case 1 dies. Games alone can easily take a lot of space. And a bit more ram would be good..32 gb is like good enough for anything or even 16 is k though since u are involved with designing.
