Thank you. I was debating between that or the 2400g.
Yes it is. :D
Thank you for letting me know. I also just check the qvl list and it wasn't compatible with the board.
I agree. I'll have to wait for the next update and see if they fix it. I also know that some games are having FPS issues and certain display modes (borderless window, Windowed, etc) also causes crashing.
Thank you for your help!! I appreciate it!

it seems like an overlay issue, which I never had before 1803. I turned off twitch and discord overlay, and it seems fine so far, but I'm hoping that at some point use it again.
Very clean build! You did an awesome job!
Nice work on the galaxy painting! Very clean and love how the white contrasts with the blues and blacks!!
I don't really get a BSOD, the power supply clicks on and off and post sometimes goes through
I have the D.O.C.P setting on. Though I think it might be because I'm switching between my os's
Thank you for your list! Yeah, I told her that if she was comfortable building, the used market is pretty good. I don't think she's at that point yet, but she's happy for options.
Thank you!!! I'm glad you stayed with the 1060. I wasn't sure what her preference was at the time, but I know that since she wants to do game streaming, this is better than a 1050
Thank you for being so quick on this! I did suggest amd to her because I have a ryzen 7 1700 and it has fantastic performance. She does look towards intel, but is open to whatever.
That is so sick looking!. I love the cooler too. gives the case a "menacing" feel. ;D
Very nice clean build! Just a question, Did you purposely looped your white (custom???) cables over your water cables? I'm used to seeing the under the water pipe.
Nice job! I like that you have a handle for this mint-itx case. Portability to the max!
Very clean! Just Make sure that your 1080 Ti will fit the case and (possibly add another fan later for more cooling) and you are ready!
So far everything is good. I noticed that you went with Win 10. I myself just added win 10 (second ssd) because of performance curiosity. On the ssd, Win 10 is quite quick, updates are quick as well (pending your internet). Even with gaming, I noticed great performance on par with win 7 (occasionally even better)
The best thing to do is to find a free flash stick that you aren't using (8gb plus) to make a Win 10 media installer and have that activation key (either email or cd) handy. I'm not sure if you are going to use an external cd burner, but for sure, the nzxt case does not have an external 3.5 drive bay.
You'll have to load the flash drive from your bios (never fear, youtube videos from your smartphone will help with everything)
also check ebay for used parts if you feel like it. For example, I got my ryzen 7 as an open box for $40 cheaper. My logitech gaming hardware was also slightly cheaper.
maybe save a bit of money between the ssd and the power supply. From my own build, everything voltage wise was 338w, so I just got a 550w ps. Also if are going to have that much space on your hdd, I would got for a 2tb (7200rpm) and a 256 gb ssd.
The ssd storage will allow you to install win 10 and a few chosen games/ programs. If you have other programs, you can set the install directory to your secondary drive. I put a separate folder for all the programs so my drive isn't so cluttered
There could be a number of things that could affect your internet speeds. Here are some of the things I would check for. I do use a NETGEAR - AC1750 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router. It's pretty fast and supports both 5 ghz and 2.5ghz connections, plus you can have good range (depending where your router is located.
2a. If it is your provider, you may want to think about changing to a different one that may be able to handle all the traffic of your devices.
I love the way you have this layout. I was a bit confused on how the loop went but I see what you did with that bottom one. Very clever and clean. Love the colors!! Have you thought about using gold cooling liquid for next time?
that is a mighty clean setup you have. I approve. What's the box on the floor? The speaker subwoofer?
Video editing, Gaming (with some streaming), and if my sister wants her hand on this, digital drawing.
I agree with Skoop321, the s340 window does scratch easily. I have the black version of the case and it's really nice, but it's a lot easier to see finger prints.
Depending how if you go with custom colored power cables, It may be tight in terms of psu cable space.
Thank you. Deepcool made the Gammax GT with the design cut so the rgb light also shined through the top of the cooler. It uses an extra rgb header, but it's so worth it.
Thank you very much! Like you, I prefer intel, but this AMD pleasantly surprised me. Though I have an inkling that using an SSD for core processing makes the biggest difference.
I totally agree with you on the RGB realm. I was going to add RGB LED strips, but I realized that I had more than enough RGB. Especially since my first build had all the RGB trimmings, I think this was plenty and plus the black and white Phanteks cables are great.
I've used them in my first build. The LED's on them are smooth especially during the color cycles and they were a pretty decent price on Amazon. However, they aren't rgb sync compatible because there are no separate rgb cables.
This is an amazing build, dude. Loving the resourcefulness you've put into this. Just to be funny, you should include a mini bag of doritos with the case.
I was afraid that was going to happen. I'll keep looking. Thank you
Thanks. I was aware that one was for the I/O Shield. There was some weird bracket thing where the pci card slots were, I guess to protect or help with the thumb screws.
Thanks guys. I'll take a look at your suggestions. I assume that the ATX mobo would be better than the micro-atx I picked, processing-wise if I were to do video editing and what not.
Beautiful and clean layout! Is that an ssd on the bottom with led slash on it? If it is, that is sick looking.
I am really digging the led fans. They look epic.
I saw that, I just wasn't sure because the connector heads seemed to be different. I took a chance on attached it to the cpu and it seems to be alive. Thanks!
