Never said we could. But with effective policy and good warning signals we could save a lot of people. Regulations are put in place to reduce how many people die from tragedies. If we regulate Oil drilling that won't stop all oil spills, blowouts, and pollution. But we can reduce all three and even save lives while doing so. People will always want to kill others. It's our job to find ways to make it hard enough that most attempts won't succeed.
Police will tell us why later I'm sure. But my guess would be because it's an event that can be planned ahead to. There was also a fence surrounding the festival, which made the people inside more trapped.
haha. I'm just surprised you are still around after all this time. I've been kinda around for a while, mostly just lurking.
I don't think there is a government the French haven't tried.
Darkest Dungeon, great rouge like, very difficult not a game for everyone but if you like games like Rouge legacy, Hollow Kight, Binding of Isaac you will probably like DD. just remember The way is lit, the path is clear, we need only the strength to follow it
Rainbow Six Siege is a very fun, and this is coming from someone who hates most shooters, I'm still awful at it but I appreciate how it accommodates different playstyles, even if the game can piss you off.
Dishonored 1 - I loved this one way more than its sequel, crank the difficulty up and try to limit yourself to certain playstyles and challanges and you have one of the best stealth games this year.
XCOM Enemy Unknown - If there is a way to reboot a franchise, it's like this because holy crap this game is good the DLC is mediocre but most DLC the ironman mode and higher difficulties make this game very challenging but damn is it fun. I also loved Xcom 2, even though shooting is broken in the game and you can nail enemies through three walls if they are "flanked" but you will miss a point blank shot if they are behind full cover. The game is still very fun and the Long war mode makes this game so fun it's amazing.
Honorable recommendation of League of Legends - LoL isn't a game for everyone, if you dont know what the genre is MOBAs are games that consist of teams pushing into the other teams base and killing their nexus or whatever DOTA calls it. Even though its my favorite game in a long time I know that a lot of people vehemently hate MOBAs because of their (at least in League's case) slow pace. But if there is one way to express your skill and mastery with a character League is it. When you know you are good and just tearing through the enemy team you feel every inch of that power. The hardest part about League is getting used to the basics as they really just throw you into the fray, but if you have a friend or just watch youtube videos it can be a lot easier.
League of legends (mid main, Ekko otp since season 6 start.) checked and I have 900 hours in the game Hit gold a couple weeks ago :).
Recently picked up Terraria again after I saw all the updates maybe 60 hours in.
R6 Siege, shooters aren't my thing but I do like R6, main Caveria and Kapkan on defense and Thatcher, Jackal on offense.
I do like to play HOI4 time to time when I feel like wasting a couple hours of my life.
I am mostly worried about the lack of enough AP to push the wave on Ekko. One of his staples is his 2Q which clears the back minions, allowing him to roam. to do this you need 45 AP. I believe it is still achievable as long as you go a 15 ap item start but I'm still cautious. I'm also worried about how abilities that hit multiple times, mainly Ekko q won't proc Electrocute or Phase rush. so to proc those you cant do
Q make it hit 2x E proc passive and electrocute. Instead you have to do Q E AA which is very risky into mages. But I'm confident that if Ekko is weak Riot will buff him :).
Zoe looks very fun, exactly what I want from a mage with also the fun mobility of an assassin. My only problem with her is that her w (the spell stealing) can cause your minions to sometimes drop item actives for her to use. I was on PBE and she got a redemption from a minion and used it to dive me. Again, im sure if it is too strong it will be nerfed but im still on edge.
I'm upset that nothing here really changes how reliable ADC's, but i do feel like AP junglers are better.
I played on PBE for a bit and what I know is :
Dark Harvest isn't as broken as vandrill is making it out to be.
Kleptomancy Ezreal makes me want to jump off a bridge.
Rengar seems a bit weak
Everyone has no idea what they are doing.
In FTP games as long they provide cosmetic stuff usually im fine with it.
For example in LoL you can buy chests that usually give you skins but can sometimes give you champ shards, however unlike most FTP games you are able to get every champ in the game without a ton of grinding or without buying any. I do think all these games should have a limiter on how many you can buy to stop dumb kids from buying 100 loot boxes in one day on their parents credit card.
Games that do it right
R6, LoL, Overwatch, PUBG.
Edit: Games that have a mechanic like all the games above to get these boxes without spending anything get bonus brownie points :O
It's amazing, the visuals, the music, the voice acting.
If you want, check out their other games, Pyre and Bastion.
I feel like that falls under the nothing to hide nothing to be afraid of argument. People want parts of their life to remain private and a system life this would undermine that.
Stop if before it happens. People don't wake up and decide to shoot up a concert. This is a mental illness that had been brewing for a long time. We need to offer better mental health care. I also believe that we need to have stricter gun control, specifically in testing for mental health problems, background checks etc.
In my experience kids who are restrained and taken by the resource officer aren't keen to repeat the experience. Punishments should be and can be harder with things like expulsion but what I would like to see is community service as punishment, I've done hours of that and it has given me a different outlook on thins in life.
The thing is physical punishment against high schoolers and especially troublemakers is just going piss you off. Imagine having your English teacher tell you to go do planks or something else like that. Either the kid would make a huge deal and become a bigger disruption or he would contest the teacher which could lead to something even worse. In my opinion having a resource officer ready to come pick up troublesome students is the best action.
That teacher was especially nice. I've had teachers call the resource officer on the troublemakers. It's what that teacher decides to do and what that teacher deems necessary.
I think it's a case-by-case basis thing. For example I think a lot of people wish that Russia would relinquish control of the Kosovo region.
That's not the point he was trying to make, studies have been done for decades now. Go look at John B. Watson and his theories on child rearing. This coming from one of the biggest proprietors of learned behaviors. He talked about how children are malleable to the point of being able to choose the profession of a child from childbirth, how honest they will be, and how they will treat their children. He said that by showing the child that someone that loves and is supposed to care for them is supposed to be cold and hard, is telling them that is how they should act. It's not a legal issue, it is a moral issue. Should someone be allowed to alter how a child sees the world in such a negative and forceful manner?
I know the kid was being a little **** but notice how the teacher handled it. That takes an impressive amount of restraint to not yell at the kid. That, in my opinion is how these things should be handled.
For beautiful scenes The Long Dark always blew me away with its watercolor like style. Have about 300 hours into it. Haven't played it in a while because of a certain battle royale game but it is still one of my most favorite games ever.
Metro 2033 and Last Light. redux versions. Visually stunning and very fun games. Played through them 4 times to get all endings.
and with Metro Exodus coming out I'm excited for the series again.
Ori and the Blind Forest has some of the most fluid movement and beautiful scenery I have ever seen in a game. I don't know what else to say, just look at it.
As an honorable mention any game on the Frostbite engine is bound to look really good.
If your knife sharp?
I personally don't care for FPS games, but for those that enjoy them, I hope that COD WWII is a success, another flop doesn't help anyone.
Exactly, random elements can feel bad but PUBG keeps the randomness contained. It's not like if you drop at school you're going to leave it with only a frying pan and P92 because that's all that spawned that game.
My brother and his friends needed a sup player lol. Dropped it for a bit but then i found my champ Ekko. I guess what does it for me is how he is based more around knowing where your enemy is going to be rather than reacting to your enemies actions in split second decisions, I like the idea of knowing what my laner is going to do before even thinks about it . But that is jut based off of my champ, I love lol for how exciting the games can get and how plays are rewarded with an immediate lead in game. I also like how you can be down 10 kills and as long as you and your team are working together can still win a game.
Darkwood is a victory for anyone who loves the concept of horror games but hates the idea of jumpscares and cheap mechanics like that. Everything in the game is up front and it sill manages to scare you.
League of legends, Darkwood, and Nidhogg 2.
Darkwood teaches these idiots how to make a game scary, the sprite work is beautiful, atmosphere and soundboard is scary as hell, game is kinda difficult, have about 7 hours into it, plus the devs released a torrent of their own game for free, in the hopes that those who cant afford it will play it to see if they like it enough to buy it on a sale, which is really respectable for a company to do.
Viola, imo The viola has so much more variety to it, wheres the violin is just a squeaky high instrument. The viola can still go high, but it can also go very low.
I may be biased as i do play viola :3
It's not so much that the game attracts angry, hateful people, but the frustrating thing about the game is how much power they are given, each team member is important in their own way and if you get some angry, raging player that doesn't play seriously (gives enemy team gold, objectives etc) Then you lose out on a critical role. You can find ragers in say COD but it wont matter because the enemy team save for killstreaks doesn't get stronger because of this person giving them kills, in league giving kills gives the enemy team more gold and time to freely do what they want as you have less control over the map with less players on it.
All said and done league is an amazing game. I recommend you at least try it out. Ragers are not as common as you think, most of the time your team will communicate with a series of "pings" that symbol danger, help, on my way, etc.
If that's true then that will be interesting but i suspect he will still go to the White House as a formality.
The Obama family with the help of the secret service will remove all their furniture from the White House. President elect soon to be President Trump will participate in Inauguration Day services like the famous lunch, several parades and a few oaths later, President Trump will move into the White House for the first time.
that's what you wanted right
League if you were into rts's and want to combine the top down strategy game play with the mechanics of say like an rpg. fairly flashy too :3

Ask a family member for some money and pay them back on Friday, easy.
Yeah well that's obviously the tradeoff
Yeah I play with my brothers a lot so I'll just convince them to buy it
heres a cheaper one
Windows 10 the computer doesn't come with it
This power supply
this is a good video card for pretty cheap
+1 for TSM
Thanks, looks fun and since Humble Bundle has it for $12 I'll buy it!
huh, wonder who it was. thanks.
Kinda late to this but I thought I would explain the whole 1024 gb/1 tb thing
HDD factories designate 1000 bytes as 1 kb so 1000 gb would be one tb. That would be fine but A computer reads one tb as it's true value, 1024 gb and due to some stupid math as well as backup systems you lose about 10% of your HDD space for 1tb models
Feels bad man, just bought my headset after looking at that exact model.
I'm seeing huge s&h costs for amazon as well, no mention of prime, kinda disconcerting.
I'm in a room with 3 other people (my brothers) kinda subjective but do you have any idea of how bad the sound leak is on it?
Links don't work
don't even bother trying to clean it up. get a new HDD, like Lemon Computers said some malware can survive reformatting.
Keep Steam on whatever drive it's on right now, next time when you download a game simply make a steam library on the 2nd SSD
The size of the monitor doesn't make a difference in the difficulty of the workload, resolution and (kinda not as important) refresh rate are what matter.
ah i thought you meant take the upgrade that Microsoft gave notifications about, my bad.
Windows 10,8,7 all can be activated instantly upon connecting to the internet with a valid copy hence never needing to input the key, but you still need to purchase the copy of the os . :)
Nope, not even supported by Microsoft anymore. Can't upgrade to 10 from xp.
No the key is linked to the prebuilt that op is talking about and you can't upgrade to win 10 from xp.
TL;DR due to how what we call 1tb and what the os calls 1tb you cant have 1tb.
