Cable are just right in length imo. Perfect, go for it, don't worry.
Killer build! Please tell me you didn't buy that 1080 Ti for $1300.
Being featured has nothing to do with the specs of the hardware, but the quality of the build, pictures, the story behind it and how you presented it. Excellent job!
You need to plug in the cable that came with the ssd to the motherboard rgb header.
You're not alone, I had to go to war against my wife when I bought two 1080Ti. Obviously I won the battle, but the war goes on.
Nice build! Is your monitor a TN panel?
True custom build! You have superb imagination that you can brought to reality! Congrats and keep up the outstanding work!
Both of mine 4TB is $100 each, new (seagate and toshiba).
This is what I called custom! Nice, how do you open up and work on the component?
It's the best compact mid-tower case IMO, no wasted space!
Not wrong at all, good trade! I mean the other guy could of got two 1080 for $350 each (used), the 2080 cost $800. Its a WIN in my book!
What a beastly build this is! I'm digging those pictures and that box man FTW!
Thanks! Its a fun build.
at 30 fps...
Thanks! more plans in the future!
Thanks! its the only psu left in my closet that its semi-modular.
Thanks! you just gave me another idea/name I might use in future build.
For gaming, this cpu cooler is doing the job just fine, but I wouldn't recommend it for cpu intensive work. Its near impossible to hide cables, but at least there is no side window.
Thanks! its a fun and exciting experiences, would love to do it again!
Thanks! I was thinking of a name that match the case (HP)
You're welcome! The deepcool rgb fan will look much better! you wont regret it.
Nice build, slap a rgb deepcool fan on that quad lumi! Trust me you like it even more! I did :)
Thanks! building SFF is pretty fun!
Nice and clean! My first theme build was red and black too. I was a long time console player while playing on pc too. After seeing real pc performances, I am here to stay PCMR.
Thanks, great case offer great cable management, hide the mess, show the clean. I used a Canon T6 Rebel for the pictures. Its an old build, just updated :)
Thanks, its a an old build, just updated :)
I game mostly on 4k, haven't notice any cpu bottleneck yet since its more gpu bound, but looking forward to upgrade soon.
Nice theme build.! I have that video card too and its heavy, IMO the all around metal shroud took most of the credit in sagging, even tho the heat sink is a 2 slot size, which is not big at all. How's the temp on your card? Mine sky rocketed to 90c alot of time. I heard the extreme version is much better in cooling.
No need to if he is just gaming, unless he is doing some cpu intensive work. My ryzen 7 1700 with the stock cooler is fine while playing games.
Get a 4TB, its only $100
Nice and clean! I always think SLI looks better in case.
Plus +1 just because we got the same case lol..cheers!
Core i7(k) dating back to 2nd Gen. Sandy-bridge will do fine with modern graphic cards at high resolution (overclock if not). IMO there's no reason to upgrade cpu and platform unless you want new tech hardware because the performances increase in games(1440p/UHD) is so little to none.
Thanks! 4.8ghz is as high as it'll go without delid, which i don't delid. Temp is too hot even tho its stable during long term stress test.
Thanks! I also use a Samsung 40" UHD for slow-pace games. 4.8ghz vs 4.6ghz the difference in games is minimum to none.
Clean build! I'm digging the mini keyboard, nice and compact!
Beast build! Custom water cooling in the future? That case is overkill for air cooling only, its huge and with all the wasted space. Don't get me wrong I used to have a Phanteks Ethoo Pro full tower, I love that case it was my first case. I only air cool so all the empty space became an eye-sore.
Just bought a reference 980Ti from eBay for $200 out the door, free shipping.
Nice build, where did you get the back plate on your 980Ti reference?
Nice, I got that case too! I'm planning to turn it into a test bench :)
Nice and compact is the taste and style! A lot of people are complaining about SLI performances are poor and costs too much money, but a high-end system($$$) I can careless and maybe you too. Two GPU looks better than one IMO! A Beast Machine you got there, love it.
Nice build! colorful rgb here and there. You could of got a better motherboard with $250 IMO, anyways great build and keep it up!
NICE! I'm digging that case! I ordered the ATX version, can't wait to build in it!
NICE! I'm digging the SLI, not for performance, but for aesthetic! Two cards looks better than one. I'll upgrade once the i9 9900k launch! Excited, can't wait.
You know that it can overclock to 165hz.
I want a Dan case too, but in the future build. I got the same monitor too! How do you like it so far?
