Hi. Were you able to rotate your cooler? I have the same motherboard and I was thinking to purchase DH15. However, based on Noctua website, this cooler doesn't fit Arock Z370m vertically.

Noctua NH-D15. If you can fit it in your PC, this cooler performs almost as good as 240mm AIO. It's very quiet, no coolant leaks or pump failures. This cooler will last you forever.

Noctua D15 with Chromas :) Looks great and performs like AIO

I personally don't trust AIO since they have a tendency to leak. If you getting the AIO for performance and not for aesthetics, I would suggest getting a dual tower, like Noctua D14 or D15. They perform just as well if not better compared to some AIOs.

If you really want AIO, go for Corsair or NZXT. From what I know, these are the best in terms of performance and quality. I am pretty sure you can get a decent deal since Balck Friday is in a couple of weeks.

It gets a bit noisy under full load with silent mode on cpu fan. Otherwise its not bad at all. I wanted to buy a noctua low profile fan but since I don’t stress the cpu that often, stock intel cooler will do just fine.

Flip your CPU fans. They are poling the air in while your exhaust fan is trying to push it out. No bueno!

Nice build! You might want to flip your front fans. They are set up for exhaust right now. Or I would place them on the bottom for intake, you get a lot more airflow. My temps improved (I have the same case)

4790k with mobo is like 380$ on ebay. That's too much. For that kind of money, I can go Ryzen 1600 with a mobo and maybe even RAM.

3770 is like 130$
