What they build/sell in Germany is not the same cars they build/sell in North America.

It will eat you alive. Better to look for something Asian with a manual transmission.

I always have the belief that the less the mother board has to do the better. I paid twice as much for my sound card then my video card.

Thanks all, I'm building a i9 but this PC will be still used but not for gaming. I doubt putting anything else on this HP mother broad would produce any benefit. I just wondered if a $25 heatsink would be worth it.

Thanks for the tip I got Piriform's bundle, I was already using Speccy. Running the cleaner and defrag has helped Windows generally.

I did a update (I think), the thing is I still can't open the settings. Also the card's fan control is not working. I replaced the OEM fan/heatsink when the fan quit starting up and had hooked the fans directly to the power supply. When I tried to hook them into the card fan control they never started up.

Taskhost.exe only once so far. My NVidia driver has crashed several times. My computer is a seven plus year old HP running Windows 7.

I can see Microsoft raising their prices to the stratosphere to drive people towards subscriptions rather then buying Windows.

Again check with modelers, they are experts at making plastic, wood and foam look like metals, also you can learn how to add weathering and or battle damage.

Use the building tool here to select a PSU: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/power-supply/ Focus on the plugs your PC needs. Also remove the old PSU and measure the case. Compere the size of your old one to the one you plan to buy.

Check out CAD design sites where people render and post pictures of real and fictional vehicles. They really go into detail and possibly you could use some of the data. Also look into scale modeling, people research real and fictional vehicles to build accurate static and flying/driving models.

I suppose, I'm generally wearing headphones. Around 2002 to 2004 I built a computer with a Tornado CPU cooling fan. On start up it sounded like a jet turbine ramping up. At full speed it sounded like a hair dryer. It kept the CPU at room temperature. I had it hooked up to stereo system so the noise was no problem.

I bought a USB card off of Amazon. The card I bought had no star ratings. When I got it I had to look up the drivers and them on the companies Australian website, the link in the ad was a dead end. I got the card working for what needed from it, but I doubt it can fast enough for high end USB 3.0. I wrote a full review a week ago not hating on it but giving both sides. Still no reviews. I think Amazon is shadow banning reviews if the seller asks. Just something to be aware of.

Probably no one knows what to tell you. Search on line for case templets. If the look of circuit boards are ok with you, check out YouTube for how to build mining rigs. I have seen them made out of plastic file boxes.

In my case most of them are ugly to me. The lack of 5" drive bays etc. If I was into the LED thing I would build my own mining frame. I'm building my next PC in a Lain Li case I bought back in 02 or 03. It's a black monolith that's nearly 3 feet high with 6 or 8 5" drive bays in front plus 3 3" drive bays. It was built for duel power supplies. Plenty of room to mount two graphics cards in the bottom.

Bigger the capacity, the longer a PSU will last comparing to one running at capacity. The power will be cleaner as well.

Planning a duel boot with XP, The case I'm using is a Lian Li black server case I bought back in 2003. It's huge with duel power supply mounts. The last time I used it I had air conditioner filtering foam over all the air inlets. It worked very good in keeping the dust out.
