I have the Noctua NF-A4x10 40mm too and I know it's silent. I been impressed with its airflow which keeps the case cooler.

Good old Mini-box, I used one of them a while back and it was a lot better quality than I was expecting. +1 for sure mate.

Sorry for the delay, yes it does. I just wanted one that wasn't as high - hoping to put some more 40mm noctua fans in.
The stock cooler worked fine, but the mounting method wasn't what I'm used to.

I'm genuinely confused by the label on that fan. 12V at 0.5A is 6W, not 0.6W... Someone done messed up.

12V @ 0.05A = 0.6W. Label is correct.

Easy to do. Those periods are small.
